Reservation

  • Reservation can be made at any time.
  • We look forward to bookings made by phone or chat via WhatsApp. However we can also accept orders via email.
  • Due to the large number of requests for the type of car you order, it will be adjusted to the availability of the car.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made prior to bill payment are not subject to fee deduction.
  • Cancellations are made after payment of the bill where we receive the cancellation information no later than 2 days.
  • If the cancellation is made more than 2 days, a fee of 50% of the amount paid will be charged.
  • Cancellations made after payment of the bill where we receive the cancellation information on the day of use are considered to have serviced the vehicle and there will be no refunds.
  • Notification of cancellation must be received by us via email, phone or WhatsApp.

Payment

  • A 50% deposit will be required to hold the reservation.
  • Payment is made according to the time limit that we will specify in the confirmation email via telephone, WhatsApp or email that we send after receiving your reservation.
  • Payment can be made in cash upon meeting with our representative.
  • Payment can also be made by bank transfer to our company account address. Account number information will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
  • Payments in foreign currency will be converted based on today’s currency exchange rates.
  • Your reservation will be considered fictitious if up to the specified limit we have not received your payment.
