Car and driver service

We have got a transfer service from Dena Bali tours, pick-up from the airport, 2 days car and driver and drop to the airport. Our driver Rena was very friendly and flexible. We had a comfortable trip to lovely places with full of nice memories. The only thing is that we were not informed about the oil cost. The price was given to us for the car and driver which we assumed naturally the oil is included in the cost of car. (Since the car can not move without oil, right?) It was not a high cost so we did not make it a big deal, however the information must have been given completely and transparently while making the agreement.
